At long last we have hit the first week of the roadmap out of Covid restrictions. The schools have gone back and we can meet a friend outside, yay! As a result, we have decided it is now safe to resume our on-site services with necessary precautions in place. We have been working on some new services which we look forward to announcing this week.

We have been working during this last lockdown to update various parts of our online presence from updating our website to preparing content for socials. We are lucky in that we can get back to work in a Covid secure way, however many businesses will be looking to the 12th April and the 17th May. But what can you do to get ready for these key milestones?

Get your website up to date

Have you got a website? And is it up to date with the very best you have to offer?

A website is one of the best places to present your services, products, menus and anything else you provide as well as a place to post key information like a reopen date, opening times and any other details or updates you would like your customers to know about.

It’s always best to be constantly updating your website so it features your leatest projects, reviews, images and services.

Refresh your social media

Now is prime time to remind people who you are, what you do and how great you are. You can use Instagram to show off your very best, whether that’s your craft or some awesome plating skills (we all insta friendly food!)

Easy bits of content include showcasing behind the scenes, updates about what you’ve been up to (even if that’s just been walking the dog) or just share stories like how you came up with your business name or why you decided to start it.

Use this time to gather some content and start posting again so that people will notice when you’re back to business.

Revisit the graphics on your premises

If you haven’t been open in a while it might be time to start updating some of your notices and promotional material. From floor markings to enforce social distancing to flyers detailing what you offer, now is the best time to begin working on getting these looking fresh.

Does your business need a website? Look no further.
